Operations Manager – Northwest Arkansas

Want to help provide millions of meals for our neighbors in need? The Pack Shack is looking for the right person to join the team in Northwest Arkansas to help direct our crazy fun Feed the Funnel parties.

​The Operations Manager is the heart of The Pack Shack. You’re face to face with people at Feed the Funnel parties who want to have fun and make an impact in their communities. You’re responsible for all things related to operations: from preparing for Feed the Funnel parties, to leading parties with excellence, to thorough post-party clean up and follow up. Oh, and you need to have the skills to maneuver a pallet jack, drive a box truck, sling around 50 pound bags of rice, wash dishes and sweep floors, and the passion to advance the mission of supplying provisions and opportunities for our neighbors in need. All with healthy measures of confidence, charisma, organization, flexibility, and humility!

This isn’t your typical 8-5 job! We offer and require flexibility as some evenings and weekends are expected, and there’s travel involved. Benefits include:
